What is a typical turnaround time?

On average, projects tend to take 2 to 4 days to produce, custom banners take 3 to 5 days due to the hemming process. Same day or next day large format jobs will carry a rush charge. For more information, please see our Policies page.

What kind of file should I send?

It all depends on your needs and the type of project you have. For items that need to be contour-cut to shape, vector (line-based) artwork is a must.
